Photos

Foto3x4 is designed to prepare document photos on your device. Do not send private photographs or identity documents to support unless we specifically request a safe diagnostic sample and you agree.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any files you choose to attach. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. We do not receive your card number or Apple ID password. Apple and any subscription infrastructure used by the app handle purchase status under their own policies.

Website data

The public website is statically generated. Hosting providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type and access time for security and delivery.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, device types and general website performance. Google may use cookies and process information such as page views, approximate location, browser and device details. We use this information to improve the website and do not use it to identify passport applicants.

Retention and rights

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed for support, security and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
