Document photo guidance

We work to keep requirement pages accurate and link to official sources. Rules can change, local offices can add instructions, and the issuing authority makes the final acceptance decision. Review the official source before applying.

App license

We grant you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the app under these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. You may not resell, misuse or unlawfully reverse engineer the app.

Purchases

Apple processes payments, renewals and refunds. Prices and available purchase types may vary by storefront. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through Apple.

Your photos

You remain responsible for the photos you create and submit. Do not use the app to create deceptive documents, impersonate another person or break applicable law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Foto3x4 is not responsible for indirect losses or an authority's decision to reject an application.
